Jillian Gosselin

Jillian Gosselin

Founder & Lead Evaluator

Jillian Gosselin, MSW, LSW, is the founder and lead evaluator at Gosselin Evaluation and Consulting Associates, where she has dedicated her career to empowering non-profit organizations in Pennsylvania and Delaware. With a Master’s in Social Work and over a decade of experience in grant management, Jillian excels at identifying funding opportunities that align with an organization’s mission. Her goal is to support non-profits in growing their programs and securing sustainable resources through meticulous grant analysis, strategic program evaluation, and comprehensive responses to funding opportunities.
 
Jillian’s approach combines data-driven insights with a collaborative spirit, offering clients tailored technical assistance, training, and guidance from application to reporting. Her extensive background includes conducting needs assessments, managing multi-site evaluations, training on evidence-based practices, and facilitating stakeholder focus groups to capture diverse perspectives. Her expertise spans mental health services, substance abuse treatment, HIV prevention, and other areas critical to community well-being. Jillian’s dedication to building robust, evidence-based programs has made her a trusted partner for agencies seeking to expand their impact through grant funding and effective program strategies.

Melissa A. Shingle

Evaluation Associate

Melissa A. Shingle is an accomplished mental health services leader with extensive experience in case management, grant writing, and program evaluation. Currently, as the Regional Director of Mental Health Services at Service Access and Management, Inc., Melissa oversees daily operations and ensures effective, client-centered services in Targeted and Forensic Case Management. Additionally, her role as an Evaluation Associate with Gosselin Evaluation & Consulting Associates highlights her expertise in data analysis and securing grant funding to drive program growth.

With a Master’s in Psychology of Leadership from Penn State and a Bachelor’s in Forensic Science from Alvernia University, Melissa combines a deep understanding of behavioral health with a strategic approach to program management. She is dedicated to empowering non-profit organizations by building effective systems, fostering community partnerships, and continuously enhancing service quality to make a meaningful impact in her community.

Amy Groh - Associate

Amy E. Groh

Evaluation Associate

Amy Groh’s drive and desire to assist others through their recovery journey has been the motivating factor to her experience and career development. Her career in mental health has taken her from direct care/service to an administrative, program focused role as well as a liaison to community stakeholders in an effort to collaborate and strengthen professional relationships and connections.
 
One way that she is able to connect with people is to share her knowledge, passion and understanding through training others focusing on bringing awareness and understanding about mental wellness. In order to serve the community, she participates on several committees including her role as the President of the Board at NAMI Berks, the Suicide Prevention Task Force and the CIT Steering Committee to name a few.
